Rental Collections

TPSCO has an aggressive rental collection program. We seek to maximize the owner's net income by immediately collecting rents on the first of every month and quickly attending to delinquent payments.

Legal Services

Our knowledge of San Francisco tenant/land-lord law works to protect our clients and their investments. We maintain an association with a full time attorney specializing in unlawful detainers, evictions, and any other tenant/landlord problem. Should eviction become necessary, we will serve proper notices and will coordinate with the attorney to handle all legal aspects of eviction process.

Accounting

We collect your rent, pay your mortgages, maintenance bills, taxes, and insurance.  On a monthly basis, we provide a detailed financial package with all income and expenditures.  At tax time, all this information is reported in the format specified by your accountant.

We carefully screen all prospective tenants to provide a high rate and quality of occupancy.  We conduct a thorough back-ground screening of credit history, rental references and income. Owner participation is invited in the final decision.
